MOTOR DEALERS ACT 1974 - REGULATION

(Relating to forms)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Motor Dealers Act 1974, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Motor Dealers Regulation 1986 is amended by omitting from the heading to Form 13 in Schedule 1 the words "DEMONSTRATOR MOTOR VEHICLE NOTICE" and by inserting instead the words "NOTICE OF DAMAGE - NEW AND DEMONSTRATOR MOTOR VEHICLES".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Motor Dealers Regulation 1986 to replace the heading to a form concerning disclosure by dealers to purchasers of damage to new and demonstrator motor vehicles.
