MOTOR DEALERS ACT 1974 - REGULATION

(Relating to forms)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Motor Dealers Act 1974, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Motor Dealers Regulation 1986 is amended by omitting from Schedule 1 the left hand page of Form 2 (as inserted by the Regulation published in Gazette No. 93 of 27 July 1990 at page 6895) and by inserting instead the following page of that form:

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Motor Dealers Regulation 1986 to replace a page of a form concerning the acquisition of vehicles by dealers or wholesalers in order to correct an error made in connection with the original insertion of that form in the Regulation.
