The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objectives

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the licence fees for motor car traders.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 90 of the Motor Car Traders Act 1986.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on

1 December 2000.

4. Fees

In Schedule 2 to the Motor Car Traders

Regulations 1998—

(a) in item 1, for "720.00" substitute "738.00";

(b) in item 2, for "900.00" substitute "922.00"; (c) in item 3, for "900.00" substitute "922.00".
