Motor Car Traders (Amendment) Regulations 2007

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Motor Car Traders Regulations 1998 to exempt a person from the operation of the Motor Car Traders Act 1986.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 90 of the Motor Car Traders Act 1986.

3Person exempted from the operation of the Motor Car Traders Act 1986

At the end of regulation 6 of the Motor Car Traders Regulations 1998[1] insert—

"(2)James Equipment Pty Ltd ACN 120 745 851 is exempt from the operation of the Act.".
