2 Motor Boat and Motor Vessel Amendment (No. 2) No. 147, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Motor Boat and Motor Vessel Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1992. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Motor Boat and Motor Vessel Regulation 1975 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Part 3 4.(1) Part 3, section 31(h)(iii)— omit ‘ $126.00 ’, insert ‘ $128.10 ’. (2) Part 3, section 31(h)(iii) and (m)(ii)— omit ‘ $52.00 ’, insert ‘ $52.90. ’. ˙ Amendment of Part 4 5. Part 4, section 4— omit, insert— T ‘4 h .
