Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006.

Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support)

The object of this Regulation is to repeal the including sections 4 and 63 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support)
Repeal Regulation 2007.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 October 2007.

3 Repeal of Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Regulation 2006

The Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Regulation 2006 is repealed.
