His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Regulation 2015 to authorise the appointed directors of the board of Insurance and Care NSW as a class of persons to whom the Lifetime Care and Support Authority of New South Wales may delegate any of its functions.
This Regulation is made under the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006, including paragraph (b) of the definition of authorised person in section 41 (2) and section 63 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Amendment
(Delegation) Regulation 2015.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Insert after clause 4:
5 Delegation to authorised persons
The appointed directors of the ICNSW Board (within the meaning of the State Insurance and Care Governance Act 2015) are authorised as a class of persons for the purposes of section 41 of the Act.
