2Commencement

This Act commences on the date of assent.

3Amendment of Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999 No 41

The Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999 is amended by omitting “1 January 2003” wherever occurring from sections 15A (3) and 35A (3) and by inserting instead “1 January 2004”.
