I, John Della Bosca, Special Minister of State, in pursuance of section 185 of the Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999, do, by this my Order, declare that the following insurers are insolvent insurers for the purposes of Part 7.3 of that Act:

CIC Insurance Limited (ACN 004 078 880)
