MOTOR ACCIDENTS AMENDMENT (BOARD OF DIRECTORS) ACT 1997 NO 91—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Motor Accidents Amendment (Board of Directors) Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 16 March 1998 as the day on which that Act commences.
