MOTOR ACCIDENTS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1990 No. 90—

PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Motor Accidents (Amendment) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 8 February 1991 as the day on which that Act commences, except for:

(a)	section 4 of that Act (which commenced on the date of assent); and
(b)	Schedule 1 (2), (3) and (6) to that Act (which are to commence on 1 July 1991); and
(c)	Schedule 1 (8), (9), (18) and (19) to that Act (which are taken to have commenced on 1 July 1989); and

(d) Schedule 1 (1), (7) and (20) (a) to that Act.
