I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Motor Accidents (Amendment) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 9 July 1991 as the day on which Schedule 1 (1) to that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences an amendment to the definition of “motor vehicle” in the Motor Accidents Act 1988 which has the effect of excluding trailers from that definition.
