Motor Accident Insurance (Prescribed Amounts) Amendment Regulation 2019 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Motor Accident Insurance (Prescribed Amounts) Amendment Regulation 2019.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2019.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 2018.

4   Amendment of s 27 (Prescribed limits for particular definitions—Act, s 4)

Schedule 5, definition primary production—
omit, insert—

primary production means the production of raw material for clothing or food from—

(a)agriculture; or

(b)dairying; or

(c)fishing; or

(d)the raising of livestock; or

(e)viticulture.
