1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Motor Accident Insurance (Prescribed Amounts) Amendment Regulation 2018.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2018.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 2004.

4   Amendment of s 27A (Prescribed limits for particular definitions—Act, s 4)
