1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Motor Accident Insurance and Other Legislation (Administration Fee and Levies) Amendment Regulation 2020.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2020.

Part 2    Amendment of Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 2018

3   Regulation amended

This part amends the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 2018.

4   Amendment of s 8 (Levies and administration fee—Act, s 14A)
