Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2011. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 2004. 4 Amendment of s 27A (Prescribed limits for particular definitions—Act, s 4) (1) Section 27A(1)(b), ‘1 July 2010’— omit, insert— ‘1 July 2010 to and including 30 June 2011’. (2) Section 27A(1)— insert— ‘(c) for an injury arising on and from 1 July 2011—$3040.’. (3) Section 27A(2)(b), ‘1 July 2010’— omit, insert— ‘1 July 2010 to and including 30 June 2011’. (4) Section 27A(2)— insert— ‘(c) for an injury arising on and from 1 July 2011—$36400.’. (5) Section 27A(3)(b), ‘1 July 2010’— omit insert— ‘1 July 2010 to and including 30 June 2011’.
