s1 2 s5 Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation No. 156, 2001 (No. 2) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2001 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 October 2001. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 1994. 4 Amendment of s 5B (Levies and administration fee—Act, s 14A) Section 5B(1)— omit, insert — ‘ (1) Schedule 1A fixes— (a) the statutory insurance scheme levy and hospital and emergency services levy for the financial year starting on 1 July 2001; and (b) the Nominal Defendant levy for the period from 1 October 2001 to 30 June 2002.’. 5 Replacement of sch 1A (Table of levies) Schedule 1A— omit, insert— ‘SCHEDULE 1A ‘TABLE OF LEVIES section 5B
