1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 .

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2016.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 2004 .

4   Amendment of s 8 (Levies and administration fee—Act, s 14A)
