Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 . 2 Commencement Sections 4(2) and (3) and 5 commence on 1 July 2015. Note — See section 14A(3) of the Act for when section 4(1) commences. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 2004 . 4 Amendment of s 8 (Levies and administration fee—Act, s 14A) (1) Section 8(1) and (2), ‘2013’— omit, insert — 2014 (2) Section 8(1), ‘2014’— omit, insert — 2015 (3) Section 8(2), from ‘2014’— omit, insert — 2015 is fixed at $7.50. 5 Replacement of sch 3 (Levies) Schedule 3— omit, insert — Page 2 2015 SL No. 6
