Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2014. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 2004. 4 Amendment of s 27A (Prescribed limits for particular definitions — Act, s 4) (1) Section 27A(1)(e), after ‘1 July 2013’— insert— to and including 30 June 2014 (2) Section 27A(1)— insert— (f) for an injury arising on and from 1 July 2014—$3510. (3) Section 27A(2)(e), after ‘1 July 2013’— insert— to and including 30 June 2014 (4) Section 27A(2)— insert— (f) for an injury arising on and from 1 July 2014—$41990. (5) Section 27A(3)(e), after ‘1 July 2013’— insert— to and including 30 June 2014 Page 2 2014 SL No. 98
