Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 2004 . 4 Amendment of s 5 (Setting insurer’s premium—Act, ss 13 and 13A) Section 5(6), ‘class 10 or 11’— omit, insert — ‘class 10A, 10B or 11’. 5 Amendment of s 8 (Levies and administration fee—Act, s 14A) Section 8(1) and (2), ‘2007’— omit, insert — ‘2008’. 6 Replacement of sch 3 (Levies) Schedule 3— omit, insert— Page 2 2008 SL No. 67
