s1 2 s5 Motor Accident Insurance Amendment RegulationNo. 47, 2002 (No. 1) 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2002. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 1994. 4 Amendment of s 5B (Levies and administration fee—Act, s 14A) (1) Section 5B(1)— omit, insert — ‘ (1) The levies for the financial year starting on 1 July 2002 are fixed under schedule 1A.’. (2) Section 5B(2), from ‘2001’— omit, insert — ‘2002 is fixed at $7.50.’. 5 Replacement of sch 1A (Table of levies) Schedule 1A— omit, insert — ‘SCHEDULE 1A ‘TABLE OF LEVIES section 5B
