This regulation may be cited as the Motor Accident Insurance Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . ˙ Commencement 2. Part 2 commences on 1 July 2001. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF MOTOR ACCIDENT INSURANCE REGULATION 1994 ˙ Regulation amended in pt 2 3. This part amends the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 5 (Setting of insurer’s premiums—Act, ss 13 and 13A) 4.(1) Section 5(2), ‘14’— omit, insert — ‘10’. (2) Section 5(3), ‘12’— omit, insert — ‘9’. ˙ Amendment of s 5B (Levies and administration fee—Act, s 14A) 5.(1) Section 5B(1), ‘October 2000’— omit, insert—
