I, the chief executive of State Insurance Regulatory Authority, in pursuance of section 3.22 (3) of the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017, make the following Order.

The object of this Order is to notify the number that equates to the factor ---- used in the formula set out in

the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017 for calculating the variation of the amount of a weekly payment of

statutory benefits to be paid to a person who has been injured in a motor accident to which the Act applies.

The Act requires the amount of a weekly payment of statutory benefits to be varied on 1 April and 1 October

each year.

This Order is made under section 3.22 (3) of the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017.

This Order is the Motor Accident Injuries (Indexation) Amendment (Weekly Statutory

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 1 April 2019 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
