Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Mosman Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Mosman:

(a)	certain unmade road bushland sites fronting or near Armitage Lane, Boyle Street, Edwards Bay Road, Gordon Street, Grecia Lane, Harnett Avenue, Inkerman Street, Kallaroo Street, Lower Sverge Street, Mosman Street, Mulbring Street, Wallington Road and Warringah Road,
(b)	part of Lot 11, DP 130193, 14A Bay Street, being part of an unnamed reserve,
(c)	Lot 51, DP 10956, Glen Street (also known as 1 Bay Street), being an unnamed reserve.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Mosman Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
