1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Mosman Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land fronting, comprising or near Cabramatta Road, Charles Dansie Walk, David Street, Morella Road and Musgrave, Raglan, St Elmo and Thompson Streets, Mosman.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Mosman Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Mosman Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit “known as” from the matter relating to item no I91 in Part 1.

Schedule 5, Part 1

Omit “Raglan Street road reserve (adjacent to 2 and 4 Raglan Street)” from the matter relating to item no I437.

Insert instead “Charles Dansie Walk (between 18 and 20 Raglan Street and extending to Musgrave Street)”.

Omit “4 St Elmo Street” from the matter relating to item no I300.

Insert instead “14 St Elmo Street”.
