(Amendment No 4)

1     Name of plan

This plan is Mosman Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment

No 4).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)	to rezone land to which this plan applies from 6 (b) Private Recreation Zone and 5 (a) Community Uses—School Zone to 5 (a) Community Uses—Community Centre and Recreation Facility Zone, and
(b)	in respect of part of that land, to correct a zoning anomaly.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 12 in DP 1008638 being the Mosman Bowling Club site (No 15 Belmont Road, Mosman) and Lot 25 of Section 4 in DP 3513 being a Council drainage reserve (Gouldsbury Street) as shown coloured yellow and lettered “COMMUNITY CENTRE & RECREATION FACILITY” in red on the map marked “Mosman Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment No 4)” deposited in the office of Mosman Council.
