1 Name of plan
This plan is Mosman Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment
No 4).
2 Aims of plan
This plan aims:
| (a) | to rezone land to which this plan applies from 6 (b) Private Recreation Zone and 5 (a) Community Uses—School Zone to 5 (a) Community Uses—Community Centre and Recreation Facility Zone, and |
| (b) | in respect of part of that land, to correct a zoning anomaly. |
3 Land to which plan applies
This plan applies to Lot 12 in DP 1008638 being the Mosman Bowling Club site (No 15 Belmont Road, Mosman) and Lot 25 of Section 4 in DP 3513 being a Council drainage reserve (Gouldsbury Street) as shown coloured yellow and lettered “COMMUNITY CENTRE & RECREATION FACILITY” in red on the map marked “Mosman Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment No 4)” deposited in the office of Mosman Council.

The Mosman Local Environmental Plan 1998 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
