This regulation may be cited as the Mortgages (Secondary Market) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 January 1995. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Mortgages (Secondary Market) Regulation 1984 . ˙ Replacement of Pts 2 and 3 4. Parts 2 and 3— omit, insert — ‘ PART 2—REGISTERED PERSONS ˙ ‘ Registered issuers ‘ 4. The following are registered issuers to whom section 26(2) of the Actapplies— • FirstMac Securities Pty Ltd • FirstMac Securities No. 1 Pty Ltd • FML Securities Limited • Graham & Company Mortgages Limited • Peregrine Investment Management Australia Limited. ˙ ‘ Registered trustees ‘ 5.
