No. 33 of 1945.

AN ACT to continue the operation of the Mortgagees'

Rights Restriction Act, 1931.

[Assented to 30th January, 1946.]

-RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,

" by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited at the Mortgagees' Rights Short till....

Restriction Act Continuance Act, 1945, and shall be read

as one with the Mortgagees' Rights Restriction Act, 1931 (No. 19 of 1931), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

(1) The principal Act shall remain in force until

the thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hun-

dred and forty-six and no longer.

(2) Section twenty of the principal Act is amended Amendment of s. 20.

by deleting the words "till the end of the month of December, nineteen hundred and forty-five" and insert- ing in lieu thereof the words "until the thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six."
