CONTINUANCE.

No. 28 of 1940.

AN ACT to continue the operation of the Mortgagees'

Rights Restriction Act, 1931.

[Assented to 4th December, 1940.]

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legisla- tive Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Mortgagees' Rights Sher

Restriction Act Continuance Act, 1940, and shall be read as one with the Mortgagees' Rights Restriction Act, 1931 (No. 19 of 1931), hereinafter referred to as the prin- cipal Act.

2.    (1) The principal Act shall remain in force until continuance

the end of the month of December, nineteen hundred and amendment

(2) Section twenty of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word "forty" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "forty-one."
