AN ACT to continue the operation of the Mortgagees'

Rights Restriction Act, 1931.

[Assented to 9th Yorember, 1939.1

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Mortgagees' Rights Sher /e.

Restriction Act Continuance Act, 1939, and shall be read

as one with the Mortgagees' Rights Restriction Act,

1931 (No. 19 of 1931), hereinafter referred to as the prin-

cipal Act.

(1) The principal Act shall remain in force until the end of the month of December, nineteen hundred and	of Act ;
