AN ACT to continue the operation of the Mortgagees'

Rights Restriction Act, 1931.

This Act may be cited as the Mortgagees' Rights Restriction Act Continuance Act, 1935, and shall be read as one with the Mortgagees' Eights Restriction Act, 1931 (No. 19 of 1931), hereinafter referred to as the prin- cipal Act.

Short title.

(1.) The principal Act shall remain in force until

the end of the month of December, nineteen hundred and

thirty-six, and no longer.

Continuance

of Act.

(2.) Section twenty of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word "thirty-five" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "thirty-six."
