MORTGAGEES' RIGHTS RESTRICTION

CONTINUANCE.

No. 9 of 1933.

AN ACT to continue the operation of the Mortgagees'

Rights Restriction Act, 1931.

[Assented to 21st October, 1933.3

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Mortgagees' Rights Re- striction Act Continuance Act. 1933, and shall be read as one

Short title

with the Mortgagees' Rights Restriction Act, 1931 (No. 19

of 1931), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.     (1.) The principal Act shall remain in force until the Continuance of Ana

end of the month of December, nineteen hundred and thirty-

four, and no longer.

(2.) Section twenty of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "thirty-three" and inserting in lieu there- of the words "thirty-four."
