AN ACT to continue the operation of the Mortgagees'

Rights Restriction Act, 1931.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Mortgagees' Rights Re- Shorti

striction Act Continuance Act, 1932, and shall be read as one with the Mortgagees' Rights Restriction Act, 1931 (No. 19 of 1931), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2. (1.) The principal Act shall remain in force until the a * _on,limanaa of Act

end of the month of December, nineteen hundred and thirty-

three, and no longer.

(2.) Section twenty of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "thirty-two" and inserting in lien thereof the words "thirty-three."
