Rights Restriction Act, 1931.

1.    This Act may be cited as the Mortgagees' Rights Short title,

Restriction Act Continuance Act. 1936, and shall be read as one with the Mortgagees' Rights Restriction Act, 1931 (No. 19 of 1931), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.

(1.) The principal Act shall remain in force until

the end of the month of December, nineteen hundred

and thirty-seven, and no longer.

(2.) Section twenty of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word "thirty-six" and inserting in lien thereof the word "thirty-seven."
