I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Morley Shopping Centre Redevelopment Agreement Act 1992, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which sections 5 and 6 of that Act come into operation.
