This Plan is Moree Plains Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 5).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the following land at Moree:
| (a) | 15 Elizabeth Street, being Lot 36, DP 30028, |
| (b) | certain land at Wattle Crescent, being Lot 25, DP 32245, |
| (c) | certain land at Lorna Rae Avenue, being Lot 81, DP 226321, |
| (d) | certain land at Cummins Avenue, being Lot 13, DP 259878, |
| (e) | certain land at Maple Avenue, being Lot 29, DP 261058. |
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Moree Plains Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
