1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Moree Plains Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Moree:

(a)	15 Elizabeth Street, being Lot 36, DP 30028,
(b)	certain land at Wattle Crescent, being Lot 25, DP 32245,
(c)	certain land at Lorna Rae Avenue, being Lot 81, DP 226321,
(d)	certain land at Cummins Avenue, being Lot 13, DP 259878,
(e)	certain land at Maple Avenue, being Lot 29, DP 261058.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Moree Plains Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
