MORATORIUM (AMENDMENT) ACT.

Act No. 25, 1968.

An Act to exclude certain mortgages of land from the operation of the Moratorium Act, 1932, as subsequently amended. [Assented to, 10th October, 1968.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative	Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: —
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the "Moratorium (Amendment) Act, 1968". (2)

(2) The Moratorium Act, 1932, as subsequently

amended, is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.

(3) This Act shall be read and construed with the

Principal Act.

2.     The Principal Act shall not apply to or in respect of

mortgages of land executed or given after the commencement

of this Act
