1 . (1) This Act may be cited as the "Moratorium

(Amendment) Act, 1939."

(2) The Moratorium Act, 1932-1937, as amended by

tins Act, may be cited as the Moratorium Act, 1932-1939.

(a) by omitting from section eighteen the word " f o r t y " wherever occurring and by inserting in lieu thereof the word "for ty- three" ;
(b) by omitting from section forty-nine the word " f o r t y " wherever occurring and by inserting in lieu thereof the word "forty-three."
