Mooring Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Mooring Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Mooring
Regulations 1998*.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a) in items 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 by deleting “$49.70” and inserting instead —

“ $51.50 ”;

(b) in item 2 by deleting “$242.90” and inserting instead —
