Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Mooring Amendment
Regulations 2007.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2007.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Mooring
Regulations 1998*.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a)

in items 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 by deleting "$51.50" and " $64.20 ";

(b) in item 2 by deleting "$251.60" and inserting instead — " $364.30 "
