Mooring Amendment Regulations 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Mooring Amendment
Regulations 2005.

2.            Commencement

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Mooring
Regulations 1998*.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a)	in items 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 by deleting -$48.70-	and
inserting instead — " $49.70 '';

(b) in item 2 by deleting "$237.70" and inserting instead — " $242.90 ''.
