Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Mooring Amendment
Regulations 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Mooring
Regulations 1998*.

3.             Regulation 2 amended

Regulation 2 is amended in the definition of "Director General" by deleting paragraph (a) and inserting the following paragraph instead —

(a) the chief executive officer of the

Department;
