MOORE
v
COMMONWEALTH DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS
[2024] HCASL 75
S131/2023
The applicant requires an extension of time within which to file an application for special leave to appeal from the whole of a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Griffiths AJA, White JA agreeing), dismissing an application for leave to appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Chen J).
The proposed appeal to this Court has insufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal. It would therefore be futile to grant an extension of time.
Special leave to appeal is refused.
