1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Moomba-Sydney Pipeline System Sale Repeal Regulations 2010.

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

1. Moomba-Sydney Pipeline System Sale Regulations — repeal

Statutory Rules 1996 No. 19 are repealed.
