An Act to sanction the construction of certain works of water supply for the Municipality of Molong. [Assented to, 23rd December, 1924.]

Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 . This Act may be cited as the "Molong Water Supply Act, 1924."'
2 . The carrying out of the works described in the Schedule to this Act is hereby sanctioned, and the Secretary for Public Works is empowered to carry out the said works.
3 . The cost of carrying out the said works, exclusive of land resumptions, is estimated at fifty thousand pounds, and such estimated cost shall not, under any circumstances, be exceeded by more than ten per centum.
The plan of the works is the plan marked " Molong Water Supply—Schedule Plan," signed by the Secretary for Public Works and countersigned by the Chief Engineer for Water Supply and Sewerage, and deposited in the public office of the said Secretary.
