Case

[2022] HCASL 128

MOHAREB
v
STATE OF NEW SOUTH WALES & ORS
[2022] HCASL 128
S55/2022

  1. The applicant requires an extension of time to seek special leave to appeal the decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales dated 18 November 2021. There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the Court of Appeal's decision. Further, it would not be in the interests of the administration of justice to grant special leave to appeal. Thus, there is no utility in granting the extension of time.

  2. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
