[1] At the conclusion of the Mention and Programming proceedings before the Full Bench yesterday, we advised the parties that the application by the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association (SDA) with respect to adult rates of pay for workers aged 20 years in the General Retail Industry Award 2010 would be dealt with as follows:
- The Full Bench will sit in Melbourne on 2-5 July 2013 for the purpose of hearing evidence, and in Sydney on 15-17 July 2013 for the purpose of hearing any further evidence not dealt with on the earlier dates and to hear submissions.
[2] It is noted that the SDA seeks to file additional witness statements in the proceedings. Any further witness statements should be filed by the SDA as soon as possible, and no later than 4:00 pm, Tuesday 18 June 2013.
