I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 40 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 2001 .7 November 2022

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Order 2022. 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Misuse of Drugs Act 2001 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Misuse of Drugs Act 2001.
