Misuse of Drugs Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2014

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Misuse of Drugs Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1982.

4.            Regulation 5E amended

In regulation 5E:

(a) in paragraph (0 delete "Australia." and insert:

Australia;

(b) after paragraph (f) insert:

Photo Identification Card Type ............................................................................

(g) a current photo card, as defined in the Western

Australian Photo Card Regulations 2014
regulation 3, held by the person.

5.            Schedule 1 Form M.D. I amended

(1) In Schedule 1 Form M. D. 1 delete:

Identification (100 points / valid ID photo required - attach copy)

Current Passport No . ................................ Country of Issue .................................
Drivers Licence (with Photograph) No . ..................... Expiry date .........................
